How do I make a purchase?
Simply click on the product you want and add it to your cart. Don't forget to include your ring size or preferred finish where available.
All transactions in this store are processed by PayPal, so you can shop securely with confidence.
Once your item has been sent we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package's shipment.
We ship worldwide to anywhere that has a decent postal service. Just make sure to select your country during check out and update your cart total to see the total amount before paying.
I don't know my ring size, what should I do?
Unfortunately we cannot work to 'generic' sizes such as Small / Medium / Large because these typical sizes vary greatly from country to country. We can work to UK, US, and EU ring sizes and we can make 1/2 or 1/4 sizes too.
To obtain your ring size you can go to your local jewellery shop to have your finger sized. Measuring your finger with string or paper will not produce accurate measurements; order at your own risk if using sizes obtained in this manner.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the size ordered is the size that fits them best, we cannot be held responsible for ill fit if the ring has been made to the size ordered.
Do you do rush orders?
We understand that sometimes there is a need for last minute 'emergency' orders, so we can try to accommodate rush orders with a small added charge to cover our resources.
Please get in touch to register your interest, and we will see what we can do for you. Of course it's always best to allow as much time as you possibly can for production especially in the case of Made to Order items.
Rush Orders are not available during peak retail periods (for example Christmas).
I really need this delivered quickly, can you do it?
Yes! We can deliver items using express expedited services (ie. FedEx / Parcelforce) if required. The price will vary according to how many items you purchase and where the items will be shipped to.
Please get in touch before placing your order and we will create a custom listing for you to reflect the changes in shipping charge.
I really like this but I would like it in a different colour / finish / material
We love working to custom orders, so we would be happy to customise any of our existing designs to suit your preference.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we welcome wholesale orders. Please get in touch to receive an info pack.
Do you accept repair jobs?
We only accept requests for repair jobs concerning pieces which have been bought from us through this online store.
Prices for each job will vary according to what needs doing, so please get in touch to make your enquiry.
Please note that depending on our production schedule, we may not be able to take on all requests for repairs. Where possible we can refer you to a third party company who may be able to help repair the piece.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes! We would be happy to include complimentary gift wrap with your purchase. Simply let us know in Note to Designer upon check out and we would be happy to accommodate.
If you are ordering an engagement ring, we would be happy to provide a complimentary velvet engagement ring box with your purchase so that your ring is 'proposal ready'
What is gold plating?
When a piece is gold plated, it has been coated with layers of gold. Over wear and tear, this layer of gold will eventually wear off to reveal the material underneath.
Each product listing will clearly tell you what the material under the gold layer is. In our case it is usually sterling silver or bronze as these are the best materials to gold plate on.
For a small charge we will be happy to re-plate any items you have previously purchased from us.
With proper care and maintenance, gold plated jewellery can last for years. Feel free to ask us for tips!
Do you accept returns?
Our full Return Policy can be found on the Shipping + Returns page, please have a thorough read before making a purchase.
We only accept returns on Ready to Ship items (excluding pierced items such as Earrings) providing the item has been returned unused and unworn within 7 days from receipt and is in its original condition. Made to Order, Bespoke, as well as Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Please get in touch by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt to let us know if you are looking to return an item.
Every piece has been hand crafted with care. We would never send out a piece that we didn't believe you would love. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we'd like to hear from you so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
